These three runs were sequential.  In each case you can see contrast hang up in the myocardial microvasculature.  While it is present during the first injection, particularly after the injection is complete, you can see it standing still on the third run before the contrast is even injected.

This can be an indication of myocardial perfusion grade.  Note, however, you can get the same patterns during damping or ventricularization because the artery is "locked up" with no place for the contrast to go.  ('Vapor locking" for you old Ford owners!!!)
